Iqra'a American School in Kuwait provides an American standards-based education for ages 2 to 18, with divisions aligned to American standards and exposure to IB MYP and AP courses. Kindergarten focuses on English, Mathematics, Science, Arabic, Islamic Studies, Physical Education, and Character Education, emphasizing language development, literacy, numeracy, inquiry, and social-emotional growth. Elementary builds literacy, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies while nurturing critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving through ongoing assessment. Middle School emphasizes literacy and numeracy, communication, and problem solving, with wellbeing as a core element. High School offers core subjects with Islamic and Arabic; electives include Art, Photography, Cyber Security, Python, Physical Education, and Robotics, plus AP courses and a 30-credit graduation requirement. It uses project-based learning, flipped classrooms, and extension opportunities. The campus is purpose-built with classrooms, science and ICT laboratories, a library, research rooms, sports fields.
