Al-Ru'ya Bilingual School in Sabah Al-Salem, Kuwait, delivers instruction in Arabic and English from pre-kindergarten to grade 12. It blends the American Curriculum with a bespoke program for bilingual learning. English-taught subjects include English language, Art, Math, Science, IT and Physical Education; Arabic-taught subjects cover Arabic, Quran, Islamic Studies, Social Studies and the Ruya Tarbawiya Pastoral Program. The academic program leads to a High School Diploma and prepares students for colleges in Kuwait and worldwide. Facilities include separate libraries for the KG, Elementary and Middle/High stages with Arabic and English books, a Media Center, five computer laboratories, and four science laboratories for the boys' and girls' sections. Large PE facilities include playgrounds, four gyms and two swimming pools. An Art Gallery and a School Theatre complement the curriculum; Ruya Tarbawiya Labs support the pastoral program; a canteen, prayer space and infirmary are on site. The Quran is taught with Tajweed concepts. The school is accredited by the Council of International Schools since 2008.
