Uniform Requirement
All students must wear the official ACA school uniform. Jeans are not allowed; female students cannot wear shorts or pants above the ankle, and footwear must be appropriate (Crocs, cleats, sandals, and open-toe shoes are not permitted). Billing schedule and payment terms

If withdrawal occurs from January 1 to March 31, the parent is charged 70% of the annual tuition (including the registration fee). Withdrawal on or after April 1 requires payment of the full annual tuition. Returning to school in the same academic year after completing withdrawal procedures will require re‑registration and the student will be treated as a new enrolment under the financial policy.

History
ACA was founded in 1997 by visionaries to establish a Kuwait school offering an American curriculum while respecting local values. It is a private school fully accredited by the Council of International Schools and the Middle States Association and was authorized to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program in 2008. ACA operates three campuses in Kuwait, two in Hawally and one in Salmiya; the Girls' Campus on Al Muthana Street was the original ACA site. The Kindergarten is co-ed, while Elementary and Middle/High are single-gender, and the school serves a large English-language community with Arabic as a first language. ACA now comprises nine schools across three campuses and serves more than 5,000 students.

A Garden Oasis provides a relaxing space between classes. Each division has dedicated science laboratories, computer labs, and large art rooms; classrooms are equipped with smartboards. The Girls Campus has three prayer areas.

Admissions

Admissions
1. Pre-KG, KG1, and KG2 admission requirements are defined by age, language of entrance assessment, and readiness. Pre-KG must be 3 years old by December 31, be toilet trained by the first day of school, and pass the entrance exam; the entrance exam may be taken in Arabic or English. KG1 must be 4 years old by December 31, pass the entrance exam, and take the exam in English; students must be able to tend to personal needs without adult assistance. KG2 must be 5 years old by December 31, have English language proficiency and participate in the school's programs, pass the entrance exam (in English), and self-care without adult assistance. 2. Grade placement requires that all grade 1–12 applicants take an admissions test to assess academic skills; principals may deny a student from sitting for a middle or high school entrance exam. If an applicant sits for the test and does not have a passing score, reassessment may occur within the same academic year. Grade placement is determined based on age, previous records, English proficiency, comprehension, reading readiness, and math where applicable; ACA reserves the right to ask a student to leave if behavioral problems interfere with the educational process. 3. Assessment/Entrance Exam procedures include submitting a completed application with supporting documents, and the right for elementary applicants (grades 1–5) to be tested; principals determine whether an applicant may sit for middle/high school exams; applicants are notified of the assessment date and time and sit for the test on the scheduled day; results are typically provided within two working days. 4. Application materials and fees require a completed application form and a 40 KD admission test fee; accepted students have a seat reserved with a 100 KD fee (applied toward tuition) according to Ministry regulations; applicants must provide two passport photos (grades 1–12) or four photos for KG, copies of passport and residence documents, and a health file; transcripts and transfer certificates from previous schools may be required, and registration documents/medical forms are provided in the admissions packet. 5.
