Billing schedule and payment terms

- Modalités de règlement (choix) :
- Prélèvement automatique SEPA : en 1 paiement (1ère semaine d'octobre), en 3 échéances trimestrielles (1ère semaine d'octobre, de janvier et de mars) ou en 9 échéances mensuelles (1ère semaine d'octobre à 1ère semaine de juin). Le paiement en 9 mensualités entraîne une facturation supplémentaire de EUR 75 pour l'année. En cas de rejet de prélèvement SEPA, une pénalité (frais) est appliquée. 
- Virement bancaire ou paiement par carte (American Express non acceptée) : paiement unique la 1ère semaine d'octobre ou en 3 virements/paiements (1ère semaine d'octobre et de janvier). - Rejets et pénalités : en cas de rejet de prélèvement des frais (SEPA) un montant est facturé par rejet ; en cas de non‑paiement aux dates prévues, intérêts de retard au taux légal majoré de deux points et pénalités correspondant à 10 % de la facture impayée. - Départ en cours d'année : la famille doit notifier le départ par lettre recommandée ; tous les frais relatifs au trimestre complet en cours restent dus.

Admissions
1. Initial Application:
To begin the process, parents must complete a pre-registration form online through the school's Eduka platform. This step creates a family account where you can track the status of your application. Applications are reviewed in the order they are submitted.

2. Document Submission and Application Fee:
Once the Eduka account is active, parents must upload all necessary supporting documents, which centrally include the student's previous academic reports. A non-refundable application fee of €300 is required at this stage to process the file. If any documentation is missing, the admissions team will request it before moving forward.

3. Academic Review and Assessment:
The school evaluates the student's academic history to ensure they can access the curriculum.
