Admissions
Admissions 1. Initial Application: To begin the process, parents must complete a pre-registration form online through the school's Eduka platform. This step creates a family account where you can track the status of your application. Applications are reviewed in the order they are submitted. 2. Document Submission and Application Fee: Once the Eduka account is active, parents must upload all necessary supporting documents, which centrally include the student's previous academic reports. A non-refundable application fee of €300 is required at this stage to process the file. If any documentation is missing, the admissions team will request it before moving forward. 3. Academic Review and Assessment: The school evaluates the student's academic history to ensure they can access the curriculum. Depending on the student's profile and whether they are applying for the French or International Baccalaureate track, the school may request additional testing or language assessments. This ensures the student's level aligns with the school's standard requirements. 4. Family Interview: If the application is strong and there are potential vacancies, the school will invite the family for a meeting. This allows the school to assess the student's maturity, conduct, and suitability for the program. It also provides an opportunity for parents to ask questions and familiarize themselves with the campus. 5. Offer and Registration: When a place is offered, parents must formally accept it by returning the required enrolment forms. To secure the spot, families must pay a registration fee of between €900 and €1,000, along with an advance deposit toward the first term's tuition. Once these payments are received, the student is officially placed on the class roster. | Admissions 1. Watch an information session recording or visit us during an open house (recommended). Next open house dates are March and April 2026. 2. Create a LabCompanion account (desktop computer only) and complete essential information about your child in the online enrollment tool (birth date, grade, report card, etc.). 3. Pay the 100€ application fee. This amount is deducted from the enrollment fee and paying allows you to book an online appointment with school leadership and a discovery day at school for your child. |

Scholarships
Scholarships — | Scholarships Rates for the 2026-2027 academic year are between 1,560€ and 2,350€ per month per child (or 15,600€ to 23,500€ per year) since the school is private and non-profit and receives no state subsidies. The school uses income-based rate bands to determine financial aid; to request aid, an application is submitted and reviewed by the financial committee, which determines the rate band based on the parents' financial situation, with taxable income as an indicator but not the sole factor. The number of spots per rate band is limited to maintain financial stability, and rate bands are determined during enrollment. Fee payments can be made monthly over 10 months (September to June) or in one full payment with a 5% discount if paid before 31 July. A sibling discount of 5% applies to the enrollment of the second child, and 10% for every additional child. Additional costs include 100€ per student for the application, 20€ per family for the Lab School Association, 25€ per student for yearly field trips, 600€ per student enrollment fees, and 280€ per student for re-enrollment. |
