- The school may withhold student privileges or terminate enrollment for accounts two months in arrears unless an approved payment plan is in place. All payments for the year must be completed before students may sit final exams when delinquent balances exist.

Wellbeing

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

Guidance Counselor provides individual and group support for students. Beyond the Bell (BTB) After School Counselor offers additional supervision and support after school. Living Our Catholic Faith and Student Life programs foster leadership, service, and community, contributing to social-emotional development. The International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program (IB MYP) teaches students to think critically, act compassionately, and become globally minded, supporting emotional growth. A Resource Program uses Learner Support Plans to guide modifications or accommodations, coordinated with teachers and the resource teacher. The school emphasizes a caring, faith-centered community that values collaboration and respectful relationships.

Special Educational Needs (SEN)

The school has a Resource Program with Learner Support Plans (LSPs) to guide modifications or accommodations in the regular classroom. Learner Support Plans provide guidance to parents, teachers, and the resource teacher on modifications or accommodations. The admissions process requests documentation such as IEP/504/Evaluations to inform supports. A Guidance Counselor supports learners and works with the resource team. The Resource Program operates within Trinity Catholic School to support learners rather than a separate independent facility.

Mental Wellbeing

The Guidance Counselor and the School Nurse are on staff to support student well-being. Beyond the Bell After School Counselor provides a supportive environment after school. The Safe Environment Program, Promise to Protect, teaches students to protect themselves from abuse and ensures staff and parents are trained to recognize signs of abuse. Shadow Day screenings with the Guidance Counselor help identify student needs and plan supports. The school's faith-centered community and service opportunities support students' emotional development.

Safeguarding

The Promise to Protect Safe Environment Program teaches students to protect themselves from inappropriate advances and potential abuse. The certified school counselor regularly visits classes to present age-appropriate information. Teachers, staff, and parents are trained to be alert to signs of sexual and other forms of abuse. State Law requires a teacher or administrator with reasonable suspicion of abuse to report to the Division of Children and Family Services. Parents may opt out of these classes if they submit a written note. The program is part of Trinity Catholic School's safeguarding framework.
