The plan refunds a portion of unused annual tuition and insured fees when a student is withdrawn or dismissed for covered reasons; claim payments are processed through the school and any excess is returned to the family per the plan terms.
- Withdrawal and cancellation obligation: enrollment cancellation after April 30 results in an obligation to pay full tuition charges for the year.

Other charges and typical additional costs

- Textbooks, devices, meals, transportation, extended day, and some supplies:
- Tuition includes certain items (for example: Lower School textbooks/workbooks, select Middle School textbooks, Lower School iPads, and all science, music, and art fees). Tuition does not include other items such as select Middle School and Upper School textbooks, Middle/Upper School laptops, transportation fees, extended day fees, lunches (except for residential students), and, for residential students, health and accident insurance or related incidental charges as described in school policy. Families should anticipate additional charges for transportation, extended day care, lunches, certain textbooks, and device purchases when applicable.
- Uniforms and spirit wear:
- Uniform items are required per division and are available through Lands' End (school-approved selections) and certain items (e.g., ties) through other retailers; uniform purchase costs are the responsibility of families. Specific uniform requirements and vendor links (Lands' End, Amazon for selected ties) are provided for ordering.
- Residential incidental costs:
- Boarding includes meals and on-campus accommodations; families should expect additional incidental charges for health-related documentation, medical care beyond the school's supplemental accident policy, off-campus travel or special activities, and items listed on residential forms. Residential students are required to complete health and residential forms.

Fee payment options

- All tuition and incidental charges are billed through the FACTS Payment System and families create a FACTS account to select their payment plan and payment method. FACTS supports automated bank draft (ACH) and credit/debit card options (availability and any card-processing fees depend on FACTS terms and the school's settings). The FACTS enrollment/management fee is assessed through FACTS and included in the initial billing.

Notes on fees that affect the initial bill

- The first tuition bill typically includes the enrollment deposit (USD 750 per child), the FACTS enrollment fee (USD 55 per family), and the Tuition Refund Plan premium (2% of annual tuition). Families selecting a payment plan will see the scheduled installment amounts and due dates on their FACTS agreement.
