Huda School and Montessori is a non-profit, independent Islamic private school with two Michigan campuses: Huda Lower School in Franklin and Huda Upper School in Farmington Hills. It delivers a dual approach: Montessori programs for toddlers and preschoolers and a traditional elementary through middle school program aligned with the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme for upper grades. Arabic language instruction is a central feature, reflecting the Quran and Sunnah, with Quranic studies emphasizing recitation, memorization (including the last four Juz by 8th grade), and Islamic Studies. The Elementary and Middle School curricula are complemented by a dedicated QAIS framework focusing on Quran, Arabic linguistics, and Islamic education. The school provides a continuum from early childhood through middle school, with campuses offering Physical Education, Library, Art and Computer Classes. Governed by a Board of Trustees, the school seeks to inspire academic excellence, cultivate intercultural understanding, and nurture caring Muslim American citizens.
