Billing schedule and payment terms

1) New families apply for the 2026–27 academic year. All applications are submitted online through the GRACE enrollment management system, TADS. There is no application fee. After submission, applications undergo review, which may include an interview and the provision of additional information, and you will be contacted with next steps. 2) After submitting the application, follow the directions provided within the application; the review process is not immediate and may require an interview and further information. You will receive communications from the school outlining any additional requirements or steps. 3) Admission Review and Decision: All applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the admission evaluation is not immediate. The final admission decision is communicated once the review is complete. 4) Enrollment: If accepted, an email from the school via TADS conveys formal acceptance and instructions to complete the online enrollment process. All enrollment steps must be completed to reserve the seat, and enrollment should be completed promptly (recommended within 48 hours of acceptance) as classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. 5) Enrollment Steps (as part of the online process): Step 1 – Answer required enrollment questions for each child. Step 2 – Pay the enrollment fee (non-refundable per the enrollment fee schedule). Step 3 – Create a tuition agreement outlining tuition and payment terms. Step 4 – Set up a billing account and payment plan (plans begin July 1, 2026). Step 5 (optional) – Parish Verification to obtain the Active Parishioner Incentive and GRACE Financial Aid availability. Scholarships

GRACE Financial Aid provides need-based support for K–12 students and is determined through an online application that assesses family financial need; the program is not strictly income-based. The online financial aid application for the 2026–27 year has a May 1, 2026 deadline; awards are applied as a credit to the tuition balance. The Wisconsin Parental Choice Program offers state aid for full tuition to designated preschool through seventh grade (and some grades beyond), with a spring open application period and required documentation. A Wisconsin tax deduction for private school tuition allows a subtraction from income, with a maximum deduction of $4,000 per child (K–8) or $10,000 per child (9–12). Scrip Tuition Reductions allow a percentage discount off tuition through a gift card program once school requirements are met. Parish Assistance provides additional funds from GRACE partner parishes and schools. Active Parishioner Incentive is available for verified members of GRACE-affiliated parishes after completing the Parish Verification Form by June 1, 2026.
