The school earned accreditation from the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools in 2006 and launched a Middle School program for grades 5–8 in 2008, with the first eighth-grade class graduating in 2012. In 2018, governance of the school separated from the Church, while the partnership remains strong and continues to support students and the community. Admissions

Admissions

1) Attend an open house or tour. Attend a campus visit to experience All Saints Day School firsthand and meet faculty; schedule a personal tour or evening information session for a clearer view of the program. These visits help families understand fit and inform the admissions journey. A tour is encouraged as an early step in the process.
2) Complete the online application. Submit your application as early as possible to secure scheduling for assessments and PK/K playdates; once submitted, you will be assigned an Admissions Checklist to arrange your assessment and, for PK/K, a playdate. Early submission supports timely progress through the timeline.
3) Provide teacher evaluations. Grades 1–3 require one teacher evaluation form; Grade 4 requires two forms; Grades 5–8 require English and Math Teacher Evaluation Forms. These evaluations help the admissions team assess readiness and fit across grade levels.
4) Submit school transcripts. Request your child's transcripts from the current school and have them sent to All Saints Day School as part of the application materials. Transcript submissions support a comprehensive review of prior academic performance.
5) Participate in Playdates and Shadow Days. PK3 and PK4 participate in a PK/K Playdate that mirrors a school day; Grades 1–4 schedule a Shadow Day to observe classrooms and interact with peers; Grades 5–8 also shadow and may include a student interview for 6th–8th grades. These experiences help both sides assess day-to-day fit.
6) Complete the individual assessment. Students take an individual assessment that includes math, reading, and writing on the scheduled day. For Grades 6–8, the shadow day experience may include a student interview.
7) Enrollment decisions and deposits. Enrollment offers are issued according to the timeline, and a signed contract with a nonrefundable $1,500 deposit is required to secure enrollment; applications received after the deadline are reviewed on a rolling basis as space allows.

Scholarships

Head of School Scholarship Program provides merit scholarships for qualified applicants to Grades 5–7; to apply, families submit an inquiry and receive a special application discount code to complete the full application for a reduced fee; the program requires a nationally normed test (SSAT or ISEE), an essay, an interview, and a half-day class visit. Brad Ost Memorial Scholarship offers tuition assistance to currently enrolled families facing short-term financial hardship; contact the admissions team for details. Financial aid is need-based and available to accepted families; about 5% of families receive aid, with confidential handling of financial information. The 2026-2027 tuition is Pre-K3/Pre-K4 half-day $20,364 and full day $33,902; Kindergarten–Grade 4 full day $33,902; Grade 5–8 full day $35,512, with additional fees and sibling structures described on the tuition page.

Waitlist

There is a wait pool for qualified candidates when there are more applicants than available spaces. The school does not maintain a rank-ordered waitlist; if a vacancy arises, a candidate from the wait pool is offered a spot. This approach helps maintain class balance while addressing openings.
