After the form is received, the admissions team will contact you within two working days to acknowledge receipt and outline the next steps, and your child will be invited to an assessment at the school.

2. Provide a copy of the child's birth certificate, a copy of the child's passport, visa, and Oman ID, copies of both parents' passport, visa and Oman ID, four passport photos of the child, previous years' school reports, and any required attestations. It is imperative that these documents are submitted during registration or before the commencement of the academic year to avoid delays. If visa processing is pending, applications can be submitted while arranging these documents, with copies provided once the visa and Oman ID are granted. For MOE requests regarding Kalemon instead of Arabic, the last four years' report cards are required and only the final report card should be attested.

3. Age criteria are applied as of 1 September.
