Per-instalment billing (re-enrolment schedule and example instalments)

Term-equivalent amounts (simple division of annual fee into three terms)

- Early Years: €10,666.67 per term (annual ÷ 3).

What the Tuition Fee includes

- Annual tuition fees include: tuition; stationery, books and learning materials; school lunches; in-school technology and learning technology access; and school trips within Monaco.

Additional / optional charges

- School uniforms are not included in the Tuition Fee and must be paid for separately.
- Additional fees may be charged for musical instrument lessons, some extracurricular and enrichment activities, and for any additional learning support required beyond standard provision; these are charged on an individual basis.

Refund and withdrawal policy

- The Application Fee and Registration Fee are non-refundable. The Tuition Fee is non-refundable. Under the school's terms, under no circumstances will School Fees be refunded for cancelled enrolment, withdrawal, or early departure. If a student leaves and later wishes to return, a new application and payment of the then-applicable Application Fee and Registration Fee are required.

Fee payment options and payer conditions

- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer to MODELEX SARL at BNP Paribas (IBAN: MC58 3000 4091 7000 0105 4308 376, BIC: BNPAMCM1XXX) or cheque payable to MODELEX drawn on a bank in Monaco or France. No cash payments are accepted.
- If a third party is paying, the payer must be a relative or a company/entity with a declaration form and supporting documentation; the school may request identification of the ultimate beneficial owner and additional banking information. Payments must generally come from the person registered as a parent unless the required declaration forms are completed and accepted.

Admissions

Admissions
1. Enquiry and Visit. The family contacts the school via phone, walk-in or web form. The British School of Monaco provides English language education in line with the English National Curriculum. Prospective parents and their child are invited to visit in person where possible to familiarise themselves with the Mission, Vision and Values and the programmes on offer. Visits during term time are encouraged to observe learning and experience the life of the school. The school normally maintains a maximum of sixteen students per class.

2. Application and Documentation. The family meets with the school founders to understand the programmes and then completes the application form and submits all required documents, along with the Application Fee. Only fully complete applications are passed to the Admissions Team for assessment. The Admissions Team reviews the application.

3. Assessment. Applicants are invited to undertake admissions assessment and interview, appropriate to their age. The Admissions Team reviews the application and the family is advised of the outcome. In the event that the school is unable to accept a student, the Director's decision will be final.

4. Registration, Fees and Start-of-Term Information. Parents are notified that a place has been allocated pending payment of the one-time Registration Fee, and an Enrolment Agreement with an invoice for tuition fees will follow. The applicant is fully enrolled once these payments are complete. The school may withdraw the offer if information relating to the child is withheld at any point, and if a student leaves the school and the family wishes to return, a new application for a place will need to be made.
