- Three-payment plan (Plan B): equal payments due August 15, November 15, and March 15.
- Ten-payment plan (Plan C): monthly payments due on the 15th of each month from August through May.
- A finance charge of 6.25% APR is applied to the unpaid balance; finance charges are applied as described in the school billing terms.
- Billing and account management are handled through the school's tuition management system; payments are processed by the school's tuition management vendor.
Refund information and tuition insurance
- A Tuition Refund Plan (tuition insurance) is offered for protection against withdrawals and certain medical absences. Under that plan (policy terms): medical withdrawal or medical absence of 31 or more consecutive calendar days may result in payment of 60% of unused yearly insured fees; withdrawal for non-medical reasons or dismissal after the required attendance period may result in payment of 50% of unused yearly insured fees, subject to the policy terms, exclusions, and claims procedures. Claims are handled through the plan administrator and must be reported within the timeframes specified in the policy. The cost for enrollment in the Tuition Refund Plan is detailed in enrollment materials and must be elected/paid by the dates specified in admission/enrollment materials.
- Re-enrollment and deposit opt-out: an annual enrollment deposit is charged on February billing and is due by March 15; families who notify the school in writing prior to the March 15 opt-out deadline will have the deposit removed from their bill for that year.
- The school's enrollment contract and the Tuition Refund Plan outline how unused fees and refunds are handled; unpaid obligations remain subject to the enrollment contract terms.
Boarding / housing
- Saint George's School operates as a day school and does not offer on-campus boarding. International students participate in a host-family program or other housing arrangements described in international admissions materials; additional charges (deposit, maintenance/coordinator fee, insurance) apply for international student support services.
Fee payment options and processing
- Tuition and fees are processed through the school's tuition management vendor (Blackbaud Tuition Management) and payments are made on the vendor's parent portal. Blackbaud supports payments by bank account (ACH), debit card, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) where permitted by school policy; platform or convenience fees may apply to card or other electronic payments depending on the school/vendor settings. Blackbaud provides a parent support line for payment questions.
- The school also accepts mailed checks; checks should be made payable to Saint George's School and mailed to the school's Advancement/Business office at the school address.
- Finance charges for late or unpaid balances are assessed as part of the school billing policy.
Practical notes on billing mechanics
- Payment amounts shown above are the annual tuition figures and the straightforward equal divisions for the listed payment plans (one-time, three, or ten equal installments). Actual invoice amounts, rounding of installment cents, any platform or convenience fees for card payments, and any applied financial aid or Family Individualized Tuition (FIT) adjustments will be reflected on family billing statements managed through the school's tuition portal.
