- The school does not publish separate “per‑term” invoices; the published billing method is the 10‑month instalment schedule.

Billing terms, payment method and penalties
- Payment method: the published billing method is direct debit (domiciliación bancaria). If direct debit is absolutely impossible, a written request to the school finance office is required for an alternative arrangement.
- Late / rejected payment charges: a bank charge of EUR 15 is applied for each time a payment is rejected. Legal interest for late payment will be charged on overdue amounts. If non‑payment persists 60 days after due date the school may take legal action and may deny access to the student; persistent non‑payment for 90 days may lead to contract termination and the student's removal. Parents remain jointly responsible for payment obligations.
- Reservation of place and timing: the annual reservation (when published) becomes a credit against the September instalment for the following year and is normally charged in mid‑March; reservation amounts are generally non‑refundable once the 15‑day withdrawal period has passed.
Refunds and withdrawal policy (high‑level summary)
- Withdrawal right: after formal enrolment/payment of matriculation, parents have a 15‑day right of withdrawal during which previously paid amounts may be refunded if the withdrawal is exercised within that period. Outside that statutory withdrawal period, reservation and certain fees are treated as non‑refundable.
- Non‑refund items: the school's published terms state that certain registration/reservation amounts (processing and administration charges) are not refundable in many circumstances once the statutory withdrawal window has closed. Advance deposits held as a security for boarding are treated according to the school's published conditions.
Additional notes on charges
- The published fees above indicate which services are included (books and digital materials, technology fee, core administrative services, basic medical/insurance cover for boarding, laundry for boarders, pre‑university guidance, selected extracurricular activities, yearbook photography, etc.) and which are additional/optional (uniform pack, devices, certain external tutoring services, airport transfers, occasional weekend stays, certain trips and some extracurricular providers). Exact inclusion/exclusion and the final invoiceable items are set out in the school's fee schedules and terms.
If you need the fees in a specific numeric format (annual and the corresponding 10 monthly instalments listed side‑by‑side for each year group), those annual amounts can be presented as monthly instalments by dividing the annual figure by 10 in accordance with the school's billing schedule.
