Admissions

1. Submit the online application. The family submits an online application for International School San Patricio Toledo. The Admissions Team reviews the submission and answers any questions about the school. San Patricio Toledo has high demand and boarding places are limited, so applicants are advised to apply at least one year before the intended start date. 2. Submit documentation. The Admissions Team carefully reviews the information provided and will subsequently send customized documentation with all the details of the program for the day or boarding track. If the child is applying for Secondary or IB Diploma, include prior academic reports and a motivation letter as part of the documents. 3. Schedule a personalized visit and interview. Families will be contacted to arrange a visit to the school; visits can be in person or virtual. For Secondary or Diploma applicants, only those whose documentation has been approved proceed to the next stage. On the day of the visit, admissions staff and school leadership welcome the family; for children up to 11, attendance is optional, while students aged 12 and above must attend the interview with at least one parent. 4. Take the admissions assessments. All prospective students aged 12 or older must take an online cognitive skills test (CAT4). The results are reviewed by the Admissions Team and become part of the applicant's file. 5. Receive an offer. Parents or legal guardians receive an offer letter detailing the steps to reserve the place. 6. Formalize enrollment. Scholarships

Nsouli Scholarships. The Nsouli Scholarships Program, launched by Inspired Education in 2024, provides a global initiative offering 50 full scholarships across Inspired schools, including San Patricio Toledo, to allow outstanding students to study with us through the full duration of their schooling. Each year about 16 Nsouli scholarships are awarded, with a maximum of 50 Nsouli scholars enrolled simultaneously. The Nsouli scholarships add to the existing scholarship program at the school. Scholarships are for new students who enroll in the IB Diploma program with boarding. They cover up to 50% of tuition and boarding costs and are renewable each year, subject to ongoing excellence. Eligibility requires demonstrated financial need, an outstanding academic record, a CAT4 diagnostic and interviews, an excellent student profile, and a high level of English. Applications for Nsouli scholarships can be submitted at the same time as the IB Diploma admissions. The scholarships are limited and awarded based on the application date and the applicant profile, and each application is reviewed by a scholarships committee. Scholarships do not cover admission fees, deposits, transport, uniforms, extracurricular activities, special classes, IB exam fees, or language exam fees.
