Inscription (application) fee
- EUR 3,000 per child for new admissions.
- EUR 2,000 for siblings.
- The inscription fee is payable when a place is offered and is not deducted from tuition.
- If parents change their plans after paying, 50% of the inscription fee is refundable; if a child is on a waiting list and the school is unable to offer a place the inscription fee is refunded in full.
Annual tuition fees and per-term breakdown (by year group)
School fees are stated as annual amounts. Fees are paid termly according to the 40% / 30% / 30% split described below; per-term amounts are shown for each year group.

- School fees are composed of approximately 90% tuition and 10% materials.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Term payment split: Autumn term invoice equals 40% of the annual fee; Spring term equals 30%; Summer term equals 30%.
- Autumn term payment window: payable from 1 August to 1 September.
- Spring term payment window: payable 1 December to 1 January.
- Summer term payment window: payable 1 March to 1 April.
- The autumn-term invoice is issued in July; spring and summer invoices are normally issued about two weeks before the due date.
- If fees for the coming term are not paid, the school reserves the right to refuse entry to school.
Deposit to reserve a place for the next academic year
- A deposit of EUR 1,500 per child is charged with the summer-term payment to reserve a place for the following academic year.
- The deposit is deducted from the first (autumn) payment of the new academic year.
- If written notice of non-return is given before the end of May, the deposit is refunded in full. If notice is given after 31 May the deposit is not refunded.
Boarding fees
- No boarding provision or boarding fees are listed; the school operates as a day school and boarding fees are not applicable.
Other costs and fees
- EAL (English as an Additional Language): a one-off charge of EUR 2,500 is payable when a pupil requiring EAL support first enters (charged from Year 2 upwards where required).
- SEN (Special Educational Needs) support: billed separately to parents and appears as a separate item on invoices.
- External examinations: exam entry and administration charges are not included in the annual fee and are billed separately with the summer-term invoice.
- School lunches: buffet lunches are compulsory for Foundation Stage up to Year 5 and are charged termly with the school fees. Refunds are not given for days of sickness or for holidays taken outside school holiday dates. Ad-hoc lunches and snack purchases are managed via the cashless account system and are paid by credit card top-up.
- Extra-curricular activities: some activities carry additional charges; those charges are invoiced separately or may be added to term invoices.
- Laptops: secondary students are required to purchase a laptop from the school at approximately EUR 1,150; the laptop is owned by the student.
- Uniform: uniforms are sold through the school (available at reception); exact uniform prices are set and invoiced at point of sale.
- Sibling discounts: a 10% discount applies to the second child; a 15% discount applies to any subsequent children (discount applies to school fees only).
Refunds, absences and notice for leaving
- Inscription fee refund: 50% refunded if parents cancel after paying (except full refund if no place can be offered from waiting list).
- Absences/holidays: no fee reduction is given for term-time holidays. If a pupil is taken out of school during term time there is no discount on fees.
- Long absence: if a pupil's class is full and the pupil is absent for one term or more, parents must pay fees to keep the place open (permitted for a maximum of one year). If a pupil is absent for one term or more and fees are not charged during the absence, on return 50% of the inscription fee is payable (EUR 1,500 first child / EUR 1,000 siblings).
- Notice for leaving: the school expects full term's notice if a student leaves during the academic year; fees may be charged if insufficient notice is given.
Late payments and consequences
- Cash is not accepted for school fees or extra-curricular activities.
- Persistent late payment may result in being required to pay the entire year's fees in advance, setting up a direct debit, or withdrawal of the pupil's place.
- The school may withhold reports, recommendations or test results for pupils with outstanding debt.
Fee payment options and instructions
- Preferred payment method: bank transfer in Euros (use the pupil's name or invoice number as the transfer reference).
- Credit cards: accepted at the Finance office if required.
- Cash payments: not accepted for school fees or extra-curricular activities.
- The school provides bank account details for international transfers and requires correct referencing of payments to match invoices.
