Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is published as a monthly rate for payment in 12 equal instalments; parents are obliged to pay tuition and the one‑time enrolment fee within the deadlines set out in the school contract and internal regulations.
Meals / catering charges
- Fixed kitchen/meal administration fee: PLN 6. Standard meal rate: PLN 27 per meal. Non‑standard / alternative meal rate: PLN 30 per meal. In the event of pupil absence the cost corresponding to the meal rate is deducted; a fixed kitchen/operation fee remains payable.
Boarding
- Boarding is not applicable; the provision covers a bilingual preschool and an international day primary school (no boarding provision is listed).
Other costs and typical additional charges
- Uniforms: School uniforms are required; a selection of uniform items is offered by the school. Specific uniform prices are not published with the tuition schedule. Parents are required to provide uniforms, notebooks and necessary school supplies.
- Extra‑curricular activities, booster/summer camps, music or language courses, trips and special events may incur additional charges; such charges are billed separately when applicable.
