IB Curriculum international schools in Malaysia deliver the International Baccalaureate continuum (PYP, MYP and DP, and in some schools the CP), emphasising inquiry-led, internationally benchmarked learning from early years through to pre-university. English is the usual medium of instruction, with Malay and Mandarin (and other modern languages) commonly offered as additional language programmes or as bilingual options in some schools. Annual tuition varies widely across the country - families can expect fees from roughly RM 15,000 at the budget end to well over RM 130,000 at the premium end, and should budget separately for one-off registration/enrolment charges, transport, meals and exam or capital levies. Most schools operate main intakes in August and January, run open days and application windows in the months beforehand, and require extra lead time for work/education pass paperwork for non-Malaysian students.
