Application / First registration fees
- First registration fee (one-time, non‑refundable) to be paid by families registering a child at LFB for the first time:
- MS → CM2 (primary years): IDR 16,250,000 per child.
- 6ème → 3ème (junior high): IDR 12,950,000 per child.
- 2nde → Terminale (senior high): IDR 8,700,000 per child.
- For TPS and PS (the very youngest classes) the first‑registration fee is not applicable at initial entry, but becomes due if the child later registers in higher classes.
Annual registration fee
- An annual registration fee is included in the totals shown below: IDR 11,300,000 per pupil (charged once per school year).
Standard annual tuition fees and totals by year group (2026/27 academic year)
- The figures below show: (a) standard annual tuition fee (tuition portion, excluding the annual registration fee) and (b) the total shown to families (standard tuition + annual registration fee = total annual cost). All amounts are in Indonesian rupiah.
- TPS (age 2):
- Standard annual tuition (excluding registration): IDR 58,900,000.
- Total annual cost (tuition + annual registration fee): IDR 70,200,000.
- PS, MS, GS (age 3–5):
- Standard annual tuition (excluding registration): IDR 78,600,000.
- Total annual cost (tuition + annual registration fee): IDR 89,900,000.
- CP, CE1, CE2, CM1, CM2 (elementary, age 6–10):
- Standard annual tuition (excluding registration): IDR 108,500,000.
- Total annual cost (tuition + annual registration fee): IDR 119,800,000.
- 6ème, 5ème, 4ème, 3ème (junior high, age 11–14):
- Standard annual tuition (excluding registration): IDR 143,700,000.
- Total annual cost (tuition + annual registration fee): IDR 155,000,000.
- 2nde, 1ère, Terminale (senior high, age 15–17):
- Standard annual tuition (excluding registration): IDR 156,900,000.
- Total annual cost (tuition + annual registration fee): IDR 168,200,000.
Per‑term / instalment billing and payment terms
- Payment options (parents choose one when registering):
- Full payment before May 15: 7% discount on tuition.
- Full payment between May 15 and August 31: standard annual fees (no discount).
- Payment in three instalments (surcharge applies): 1.5% surcharge on standard annual tuition; instalment due dates are before August 31, before November 30, and before February 28. Families choosing this option pay three equal instalments of the surcharged tuition amount; the annual registration fee is charged once per year as stated above.
- Penalties and conditions for instalments:
- For the surcharged (three‑instalment) option, if full payment is not received by a due date a penalty of IDR 350,000 per child per calendar day of delay is applied (limit: 30 days); after 30 days the student may be refused entry.
- Typical per‑term instalment amounts for the three‑payment plan (surcharged tuition ÷ 3). The school provides surcharged instalment figures in the financial regulations; the figures below match the school's published instalment schedule (amounts shown are the three equal instalments of the surcharged tuition portion, in IDR):
- TPS: IDR 19,930,000 per instalment.
- PS / MS / GS: IDR 26,600,000 per instalment.
- CP / CE1 / CE2 / CM1 / CM2: IDR 36,700,000 per instalment.
- 6ème / 5ème / 4ème / 3ème: IDR 48,630,000 per instalment.
- 2nde / 1ère / Terminale: IDR 53,100,000 per instalment.
- Invoicing and proof of payment:
- Invoices are sent by e‑mail. For bank transfers parents must specify the invoice number and the student's name/class and e‑mail transfer proof to accounting@lfbali.com. Bank charges and exchange differences are not covered by the school.
Package (short‑stay) fees
- Package fees apply for short‑term schooling (minimum package: 6 consecutive weeks). Package tuition is billed per week; each started week must be paid in full. Typical weekly package rates (per class) are published by the school (amounts in IDR):
- TPS: IDR 2,030,000 per week.
- PS: (same band as MS/GS) IDR 2,720,000 per week.
- CP and elementary: IDR 3,750,000 per week.
- Middle / high school weekly rates published by the school for package registrations (minimum six weeks). Full payment of package fees must be settled at registration.
Exam and additional mandatory fees
- National examination (DNB) and Baccalauréat administrative/exam fees (charged in addition to the annual fees where applicable):
- Class 3ème: IDR 3,000,000.
- Class 1re: IDR 4,000,000.
- Class Terminale: IDR 5,000,000.
- International section / sport section supplements (if the student is enrolled in these sections):
- International section supplement (6ème → 3ème): IDR 12,400,000 per student.
- International section supplement (2nde): IDR 15,500,000 per student.
- Sport section supplement (2nde, 1re, Terminale if enrolled at required commitment level): IDR 12,400,000 per student.
Other costs and what tuition covers / does not cover
- What tuition covers (examples): schooling, some school supplies, an LFB sports uniform (one), selected administrative costs, certain educational outings, and some insurances arranged by the school.
- What tuition does not cover (examples): extra sports uniforms, small personal school supplies (pens, erasers, glue, etc.), optional extracurricular activities, overnight school trips, optional foreign language certification fees, CNED optional registrations/lessons. These items are billed separately when applicable.
Refund and early‑departure policy
- First registration fees and annual registration fees are non‑refundable.
- For families leaving LFB early to transfer to a French school in France or another school within the AEFE network, any school term already started is due; a certificate of registration at the receiving school must be submitted to process any reimbursement according to the school's rules.
- For any early departure from LFB for any other reason, no refund will be made. Temporary absences do not open the right to any rebate or refund on tuition fees.
- Scholarship (Bourse) arrangements: where a French government scholarship is granted and it does not cover the full fees, the family must pay the balance by the agreed dates; in certain cases overpayments made pending scholarship decisions are refundable after official confirmation from the competent authority.
Fee payment options and bank details
- Payments can be made in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) or in euros (EUR):
- IDR payments: use the online invoice “View and Pay online now” link (various local bank online options) or by bank transfer to the school's Rupiah account.
- EUR payments: by bank transfer to the school's Euro account in France. Euro exchange rate basis is defined by Indonesian tax office rate on the date of payment.

- Transfer instructions: always indicate invoice number and student name/class and email proof of transfer to accounting@lfbali.com. The school recognizes the payment date when the funds arrive in the school account; bank charges and exchange fees are borne by the payer.
Siblings discount
- Sibling discounts apply on tuition: 10% for the second child, 15% for the third child, 20% for the fourth and subsequent children (the “first child” is defined as the oldest one enrolled).
