Admission / Application Fee
- Admission Fee (one-time): EUR 300 per student. All existing families are exempt.
Tuition fees by programme (annual)
- Early Years (EY): EUR 8,500 per year. Membership Fee: EUR 500 per year. Capital Fee: EUR 500 per year.
- Primary Years Programme (PYP) Years 1–3: EUR 10,000 per year. Membership Fee: EUR 1,000 per year. Capital Fee: EUR 1,000 per year.
- Primary Years Programme (PYP) Years 4–5: EUR 10,500 per year. Membership Fee: EUR 1,000 per year. Capital Fee: EUR 1,000 per year.
- Middle Years Programme (MYP) Years 1–3: EUR 12,000 per year. Membership Fee: EUR 1,000 per year. Capital Fee: EUR 1,000 per year.
- Middle Years Programme (MYP) Years 4–5: EUR 13,000 per year. Membership Fee: EUR 1,000 per year. Capital Fee: EUR 1,000 per year.
- Diploma Programme (DP) Years 1–2: EUR 15,000 per year. Membership Fee: EUR 1,000 per year. Capital Fee: EUR 1,000 per year.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition amounts above are published as annual fees. Early one-time payment discounts are available when the full tuition is paid by the specified dates: 10% if paid by 05.02.2026; 7% by 15.03.2026; 5% by 15.06.2026; 3% by 05.08.2026.
- Card payments are accepted (either as a one-time payment or by credit card in 2–6 installments). Installment payments can only be made by credit card. Card payments can be made at the school administration office during posted weekday hours. Sibling discount: 5% (applies to tuition fees only).
- No explicit term-by-term invoice schedule or mandatory number of installments is published; instalment payments are available by credit card as noted above.
Boarding fees
- No boarding programme or boarding fees are listed; boarding does not apply.
Other compulsory and optional costs
- Afterschool clubs (1 hour/week): first semester €160; second semester €200 (minimum participation applies). Drama and choir are free of charge.
- Kindergarten daycare (16:00–17:00) is not included in tuition: regular care €100/month; occasional care €15/hour (must be booked at least 48 hours in advance).
- School uniforms are no longer included in tuition from the 2026/27 school year. Uniforms are not mandatory; remaining stock may be purchased and future orders arranged through the administration.
- Field trips and excursions: organisational support is provided by the school, but travel-related costs (transport, accommodation, tickets, meals) are charged separately.
- Learning materials: core materials and required reading are provided for PYP; PYP students have iPads provided and supplies covered. MYP and DP operate on a BYOD laptop model; families purchase required textbooks as needed while the school supplies other required resources.
- Student transportation: a minibus service on the Rijeka–Opatija route is offered in cooperation with a third-party provider (RideOn); parents sign a contract directly with that transport provider and pay transport charges to the provider.
Refund information and late-enrolment adjustments
- Non-refundable: Admission fee, Membership fee, Capital fee. Tuition refunds and late-enrolment fee adjustments are governed by published percentage scales based on withdrawal date or enrolment week.
- Tuition refund scale by withdrawal timing (percentage of tuition refundable):
- Weeks 1–4 → 75–90% refundable
- Weeks 5–11 → 50% refundable
- Weeks 12–18 → 25% refundable
- Weeks 19–35 → 0% refundable.
- Late enrolment tuition payable (as percentage of full tuition) by enrolment period:
- Before start of school year until 30.9 → 100% payable
- Weeks 5–10 → 85% payable
- Weeks 11–16 → 75% payable
- Weeks 17–23 → 65% payable
- Weeks 24–28 → 40% payable
- Weeks 29–35 → 30% payable.
Fee payment options
- Accepted payment methods (published): credit/debit card payments are accepted; installment payments are available only by credit card (2–6 installments). Card payments may be processed in person at the administration office during posted hours. No separate bank-transfer payment instructions are published on the fees page. Sibling discount of 5% applies to tuition fees only.

A detailed per-term invoice schedule or explicitly published per-term fee amounts are not provided on the published fee schedule, and no boarding programme or boarding fees are published.
