Application fees
- There is no application fee to submit an application.
- A non-refundable interview deposit of CAD 150 is required to book the student interview; the interview deposit is applied toward tuition if the student is accepted and enrolls.
Tuition fees by student type and year group
- Specific per-year and per-term tuition amounts are not published publicly on the school's general tuition page. Families receive a formal tuition invoice after an offer and deposit; that invoice lists the exact annual and term amounts for the student's category (day or boarding).
- To secure a place after acceptance, a tuition deposit is required: International students pay a minimum deposit of CAD 5,000; Canadian and U.S. students pay a minimum deposit of CAD 1,000. These deposits are applied to the first-year tuition balance.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Enrollment is confirmed only when the required deposit or full tuition payment has been received; the tuition invoice you receive will state payment deadlines and any instalment options available.
- All fees and tuition payments must be made by the deadlines specified on the invoice.
- The school's main intake periods are September and January; 60 days' written notice is required for withdrawal prior to the next intake. Once a semester has begun, no fees are refundable.
Boarding fees (where applicable)
- Boarding is offered. Boarding fees include a private dorm room, three meals per day, weekend activities and excursions, and residential supervision; room-and-board cost is included in the boarding tuition that is specified on the individual tuition invoice. The school does not publish a single public figure for boarding tuition on the general tuition page.

Refund information and special refund conditions
- For U.S. and international applicants, partial refund of the deposit is available only if a student visa is denied and the family returns all original documents provided at acceptance (including the Letter of Acceptance and Custodian Declaration) and provides the original consulate visa refusal letter naming the student. When those conditions are met, CAD 4,000 will be refunded and CAD 1,000 will be retained as a document-processing fee. No other refunds are available.
- No fees will be refunded in the event of student expulsion. Once a semester has begun, no fees will be refunded. A minimum of 60 days' written notice is required for withdrawals before the next intake.
Fee payment options and invoicing
- Payment instructions and accepted methods are provided on the tuition invoice and by the Finance & Tuition office when an offer and deposit are processed. Families receive next steps regarding tuition payment, enrollment documents, and preparation after the required deposit is received.
