- Room and Board (boarding): CAD 7,720 per year.
- Annual total (Tuition + Room & Board + listed annual fees): CAD 20,775.
- USA students:

- International students:
- Tuition: CAD 13,230 per year.

Breakdown of annual fees (items billed in addition to tuition and room & board)
- Registration Fee (non-refundable): CDN students CAD 400; USA students CAD 500; International students CAD 500.
- Yearbook Fee (non-refundable): CAD 100.
- Technology Fee (non-refundable): CAD 50.
- Textbook Fee (non-refundable): CAD 175.
- Room Deposit: CAD 175.
- Insurance (annual): CDN CAD 25; USA CAD 925; Intl CAD 925.
- Senior Fee (Grade 12 students): CAD 200 (where applicable).
- Additional instrument lesson charges: Additional 15 minutes per instrumental lesson CAD 250; second instrument CAD 740.
- Performance uniform (approximate): CAD 120.
- School uniform tops: Polo shirt CAD 25 each; Hoodies CAD 40 each.
- Family discount: 5% when two simultaneous students from one family are enrolled; 10% when three are enrolled. The school does not offer discounts for fees paid in full annually or per semester.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Non-refundable acceptance deposit (applied to balance owed at registration): CDN students CAD 750; USA students CAD 750; International students CAD 850.
- Returning students: balance due by June 15 (reaccepted, returning students).
- New students: balance due within 30 days of acceptance.
- Due at registration (amounts collected at registration):
- First month's Tuition, Room & Board: CDN CAD 1,985; USA CAD 1,985; Intl CAD 2,095.
- Registration Fee, Yearbook Fee, Technology Fee, Textbook Fee, Room Deposit, and first month's insurance for USA/Intl are included in the Total Due at Registration.
- Total Due at Registration: CDN CAD 2,910; USA CAD 3,078; Intl CAD 3,188.
- Net Due at Registration after applying the acceptance deposit: CDN CAD 2,160; USA CAD 2,327.50; Intl CAD 2,337.50.
- Monthly billing: The remaining balance for Tuition, Room & Board (and insurance where applicable) is divided across nine monthly payments (September through May), billed on the 15th of each month. Monthly amounts for the remaining nine months are: CDN CAD 1,985 per month; USA CAD 2,077.50 per month; Intl CAD 2,187.50 per month.
- Payment timing notes: the acceptance deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward the registration balance. Several listed items are explicitly non-refundable (items marked with *).
Boarding fees
- Room and Board (boarding) is CAD 7,720 per year (included in the annual Tuition & Room & Board totals above).
- Room deposit at registration: CAD 175.
Other costs or fees (payable if applicable)

Refund information
- Refunds for tuition, room and board: If a student withdraws or is dismissed, or if the school authority closes the school, refunds for tuition, room and board will be prorated from the end of the week of departure. No rebates are made for vacations or time off campus due to discipline. The room deposit policy is governed by the student handbook. Non-refundable items are indicated on the fee schedule.

- Cheque payable to Fountainview Academy mailed to Box 500, Lillooet, BC V0K 1V0.
- Wire transfer (arrange with the accounting office).
- Credit / debit card via Flywire (Canada selection) — credit/debit card payments incur a processing fee (typically 1.5–2.5% for Canadian card payments).
- United States: Flywire online payment, cheque, wire transfer, or Wise. Note that some payment types (e.g., credit/debit) may incur processing fees up to 3.5%. Wise may be used for international bank transfers; contact the finance office for banking information and include the student's name in the payment description.
- International: Flywire online payment, wire transfer, or Wise. Flywire supports multiple currencies and payment methods depending on country/currency. Some international payment types (credit/debit) may incur processing fees up to 3.5%. For wire transfer details or Wise instructions, contact the accounting office. Ensure the student's name is included in any transfer description.
