Step 1: Prayerfully consider applying to Fountainview Academy. This step marks the start of the admissions process and invites families to reflect on whether the program and environment are a good fit. If you decide to proceed, move to Step 2. Step 2: Read through the Fountainview Academy Student Handbook. The handbook outlines life at Fountainview, the policies, and the expectations for students. It provides guidance on program structure and responsibilities for students. Step 3: Submit all the documentation as listed below. The application will not be processed until all items are received. Required documents include a completed application and personal essay; copies of grades or reports from grade 9 to the present; a copy of the applicant's birth certificate; a current photograph; a non-refundable application fee of 50 CAD/USD; and three Fountainview character reference forms from three non-relative adults (pastor/head elder, a principal/teacher who has taught you recently, and another non-relative adult who knows you well). Step 4: If English is your second language, you will be required to take the Duolingo English Proficiency Test. The test assesses English proficiency as part of the admissions process and helps determine language readiness for the program.

Scholarships

Worthy Student Grant: In extreme need, a worthy student grant may be made available. Information about eligibility and availability is provided by the finance office. The grant is described as potential aid for those in extreme need. Summer Agriculture Scholarship: Students may apply to join Fountainview's summer agriculture program which provides a scholarship toward tuition through an extended Career and Technical Development program during summer break.
