Book fees are refundable only if the withdrawal occurs before the academic year starts; once the academic year has started, book fees are not refundable. Deductions: withdrawals within the first two weeks incur a deduction equal to one month's tuition and transport; withdrawals after two weeks will incur a deduction equal to the full term's tuition and transport for the term in which the withdrawal occurs.
