Introduction

- Annual tuition and transport fees are payable in three instalments, due at the start of each term. The instalment allocation is up to 40% of the annual tuition/transport in Term 1, and up to 30% in Term 2 and Term 3. Term due-date weeks: Term 1 — 1st week of September; Term 2 — 1st week of December; Term 3 — 1st week of March.
- The total tuition fees are payable in three instalments; parents are required to ensure all invoices are settled by the published due dates. Post-dated cheques (PDCs) are accepted only for advance payment of fees.

Refund information and withdrawal charges
- Refunds are available on a per-term basis and depend on the date of the official written withdrawal request. Tuition and transport fees paid before the start of the academic year are refundable subject to deductions. Registration and re-registration deposits and transport deposit amounts are deducted from any refund. Book fees are refundable only if the withdrawal occurs before the academic year starts; once the academic year has started, book fees are not refundable. Refund processing time is typically within 15 days after receipt of the written withdrawal request. Deductions: withdrawals within the first two weeks incur a deduction equal to one month's tuition and transport; withdrawals after two weeks will incur a deduction equal to the full term's tuition and transport for the term in which the withdrawal occurs. Refunds must be requested in writing to the school administration.

Other notes on fees and administration
- The school conducts an annual fee review and will notify parents at least one term in advance of any adjustments. The school reserves the right to withhold reports and transcripts until all outstanding fees are settled; non-payment may lead to suspension from attendance until fees are paid.

1. Admissions timeline and school year. The admissions process for the upcoming academic year begins in January of the current academic year. The ISCS Bahrain academic year runs from August to June, with three terms and winter, spring, and summer breaks. The school is closed on Bahraini public holidays. Admission is contingent upon seat availability and is granted on a first-come, first-served basis, taking into account the child's age. 2. Age eligibility by December. Age cutoffs are listed in the Readiness Packs. FS1 is 3 years old by December 31; FS2 is 4 by December 31; Year 1 is 5 by December 31; Year 2 is 6 by December 31; Year 3 is 7 by December 31; Year 4 is 8 by December 31; Year 5 is 9 by December 31; Year 6 is 10 by December 31; Year 7 is 11 by December 31; Year 8 is 12 by December 31. 3.
