The diet for pupils and preschool-aged children uses a cyclical menu designed to provide full and hot meals, with energy values aligned to students' needs and a balanced intake of proteins, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and trace elements; vitamins come from natural sources in fruits and vegetables.
