Admissions

Admissions

1. Initial Consultation.
The admissions process at Invento UIS begins with an initial consultation. You can request a consultation by phone or through the school, and during this call you receive information about the IB programs (PYP, MYP, DP), admissions requirements, and required documents, and you can have questions answered. This step helps you understand how the programs support academic, social, and emotional development and helps you choose the appropriate program for your child.

2. Campus Tour.
After the consultation, a campus tour is arranged to see classrooms, play areas, and facilities. You can schedule the tour by phone; during the tour you can observe classes and ask questions. For entry to the campus, you may be asked to bring an original passport for safety purposes.

3. Testing and Meeting with a Psychologist.
For the Tashkent City Campus, an initial psychological assessment in a play-based format and a conversation with parents are conducted. For the Ashgabat Campus, subject-specific testing and a meeting with a psychologist to assess readiness for school are required. For elementary students (grades 1-5), testing includes English, Math, and the native language (Russian or Uzbek); for older students, testing includes English, Math, Native language, and sciences. Admission to the Diploma Programme involves a trial period and an interview with academic leadership following successful testing.

4. Enrollment Decision.
After completing all admission stages, the school makes an enrollment decision based on a comprehensive assessment of academic performance and/or psychological readiness and social adaptability. A positive decision results in an official enrollment notification and instructions on next steps, such as signing the contract and making the registration payment.

5. Application Completion.
After enrollment is confirmed, you fill in the Application Form with personal information for you and your child, and provide medical records/certificates noting any health information, allergies, or special conditions. Records should be issued no more than 14 days prior to submission. A full list of documents is provided below for each campus (Tashkent City Campus and Ashgabat Campus).

6. Contract Signing and Payment.
Once documents and medical records are submitted, you sign the contract and pay the registration fee and other obligatory charges within the established timeframe to secure your child's place. After signing, you receive access to the Toddle educational platform for schedule information and school updates.

7. Adaptation.
At the start of the school year, the school supports adaptation through meetings with teachers, the coordinator, and the school psychologist if needed. Parents are connected to the Toddle platform for progress updates, and are invited to participate in the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) to collaborate on school activities.
