The admissions procedure enables families to meet with teachers, visit facilities, and learn about the school's education philosophy to determine fit. 2. Tuition and campuses. Walden Cambridge campus serves Toddler–Kindergarten at 21 Walden Square Road, Cambridge, with Toddler tuition at $26,000 and Pre-K to K at $23,750. Watertown campus serves Toddler–Kindergarten at 2 Rosary Drive, Watertown, with Toddler tuition at $23,500 and Pre-K to K at $20,600. A 5% discount applies for the second child and a 10% discount for the third child; a 3% discount is offered if the tuition is paid in full before June 1 of the previous year. The Gold Member Program provides a $2,000 tuition discount for CM1 or CM2 students who have been enrolled for at least five years for the 2026–2027 school year.

Admissions applications for the 2026/27 school year started in October and must be completed on the TADS platform; families create a personal account and then submit the online application. A $75 nonrefundable application fee is required. A one-on-one meeting with the family lasts about 45 minutes and aims to understand the family's goals and how the school may meet them; the admissions process also balances class composition by French knowledge, age, gender, and schedule.

Admission requests are due by the end of February, after which applications are considered subject to classroom availability, and final admission decisions are issued in the spring. Financial aid applications must be completed by February 28, 2026, with decisions communicated by the end of March; written confirmation of attendance within two weeks of the admission decision is required to secure a spot. Financial aid assists families by reducing tuition, but is not guaranteed and depends on funds available for the year.
