A student residing in the attendance area and not on a permit to attend another PUSD campus may register for the English program online or at the school site year‑round. 2. To enroll, the following documents must be provided: the student's birth certificate; the immunization record and TB test results; and two proofs of residence. Two proofs of residence examples include a current utility bill, a lease agreement, a deed, or a property tax bill. 3. Families residing within the attendance boundary may enroll through the District's Open Enrollment process. 4.
