Parent Experience

History

Kneller Hall is a distinguished Grade II listed building in Twickenham, and the historic new home of Radnor House senior school. It was originally constructed in the early 18th century by the portrait artist Sir Godfrey Kneller. In 1857 the estate became the Royal Military School of Music and served as a hub of military musical training for over 160 years. Dukes Education acquired Kneller Hall and reimagined it as a co-educational school for pupils aged 4 to 18, blending tradition with innovation.

Community

The four core values are Courage, Perseverance, Excellence and Respect, and they underpin everything the school does. Sport, performing arts, the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy, sustainability initiatives and a full co-curricular programme extend life beyond the classroom. The Senior School follows a broad, ambitious curriculum and a pastoral structure with a house system to support every student. The Senior School currently occupies Pope's Villa, Twickenham, before relocating to the Kneller Hall estate in September 2027, and the Junior School will move to Pope's Villa in 2028, with Pope's Villa described as the riverside setting where curiosity, community and the Dukes Diploma shape early education.
