- Accepted payment arrangements:
- Termly by direct debit or BACS / bank transfer on the first day of term.
- Monthly direct debit over a twelve-month period (September–August) only with prior written agreement.
- The school also accepts payments via its international payment platform for overseas payers and registration payments can be made by bank transfer or PayPal where specified. Fees should be paid using the school's direct debit or international payment platform to ensure prompt payment.
- Late or partial payments: unpaid balances may incur interest and recovery costs; the school may exclude a pupil for overdue fees after notice and in some circumstances require payment of a term's fees in lieu of notice.

Boarding

- Boarding is not applicable: Broomwood Pre-Prep and Little Broomwood operate as day settings.

Other costs and typical additional charges

- Personal Accident Insurance: compulsory charge of GBP 3.55 added to the termly fees.
- Clubs and after-school activities: charged in addition to tuition; typical club charge around GBP 140 per term (can be higher for external providers or where travel is involved). Wrap-around care is provided in partnership with an external provider (Junior Adventures Group) and is charged separately.
- Music tuition: individual music lessons at the Prep level are charged at GBP 29.50 per 30‑minute lesson (typically c. 30 lessons per year); charges for instrument hire and exam fees are added to the relevant term bill.
- LAMDA and other individual tuition: charged by individual teachers and added to the term bill if examinations are taken.
- Individual specialist learning support: targeted group support is included where appropriate; one-to-one specialist lessons (e.g., occupational therapy) are charged separately at rates dependent on session length and provider.
- Clubs / wrap-around extras and certain services (buses, instrument hire, examination fees, trips not included in standard provision) are additional and billed termly as applicable. Residential trips, lunches and tea are included in the standard fee where indicated.
- Uniform: school uniform is supplied through Schoolblazer and is purchased directly by parents from that supplier; the school's uniform list and ordering arrangements are provided via the supplier. Second‑hand uniform options may be facilitated via parent channels. Uniform costs are not included in tuition and are a separate parental expense.

Discounts

- Sibling discount on tuition: 2% for the first younger sibling, 4% for the second younger sibling, and 16% for a third or subsequent sibling (applies to tuition fees only).

Refunds and withdrawal / cancellation terms

- General refund rule: save for legal liabilities or exceptional discretion by the Head/Principal, tuition and associated fees are not refunded, reduced or waived for absence due to illness, shortened terms, temporary school closure, remote provision or most other interruptions.
- Acceptance deposit and cancellation/withdrawal:
- If an offer and acceptance take place entirely at a distance and the Parents cancel within the 14‑day cancellation window, the Acceptance Deposit will be refunded and any fees for educational services provided will be pro‑rata refunded.
- If Parents cancel after that 14‑day window, providing at least one term's written notice will normally result in the school retaining only the Acceptance Deposit; providing less than one term's written notice normally requires payment of one term's fees in lieu of notice and the deposit will be retained. If a pupil is withdrawn after entry with at least one term's written notice the Acceptance Deposit will be refunded following settlement of outstanding sums. These notice rules determine whether the deposit is retained or repaid.
- Deposit on cancellation before entry: different rules apply where a place is cancelled in the term before entry; in many cases the Acceptance Deposit will be retained and a term's fees may be payable. Consult the school's terms for the precise application of these clauses.

Practical payment notes

- Tuition invoices are issued termly and parents should ensure cleared funds are available before term starts; instalment or alternative payment arrangements require prior written agreement with the Finance Office. Accepted payment methods include direct debit, BACS/bank transfer and the school's international payment platform; registration payments may be taken by PayPal or bank transfer where specified.
