Admissions

1. Check eligibility: Regardless of the month of enrollment, the student must meet the minimum age for the intended entry grade as of 31 March 2025. The eligibility is KG1: 4 years by 31 March; KG2: 5 years by 31 March; Grade 1: 6 years by 31 March. Use the age calculator to determine eligibility.

2. Online application: Apply online using the online application via APPLY NOW. All fields marked with an asterisk are compulsory. Parents applying for two or more children should use the parent login and their password from the first application; employees must login with their employee ID. Incomplete forms will be rejected. Ensure the name and date of birth match the passport.

3. Documentation: After filing the online application, submit the required documents. The student documents include color copies of the passport front page, back page and visa page; color copy of the valid Emirates ID; color copy of birth certificate (or attested/translated per origin). Birth certificates issued in UAE or GCC require no attestation; birth certificates from India must be attested by the UAE embassy/consulate and MOFA if in English, or translated and attested if not in English. Also provide a copy of the last school report (KG1 exempt), vaccination record, health insurance card, six passport-sized photos, and a Transfer Certificate. For KG1 admission, a TC is not required at the start of the academic year; for students coming from India, the TC must be attested by the Education Officer and verified by the Indian consulate in Dubai and MOFA; transfers from other emirates require the KHDA number from the previous school; transfers from GCC require MOE attestation. A tenancy contract and a copy of the electricity bill, and a printout of the online application are also required.

4. Confirmation and entry test: A non-refundable AED 500 application fee is paid as part of the confirmation process. Registration confirmation is not admission and admission is subject to KHDA approval. The school will call the child to attend an entry-level test after verification of the application form and documents.
