Refund information and calculations
- Refunds follow the school's registration and refund policy and KHDA rules: tuition paid prior to the academic year is refundable less registration/re‑registration fees and specified deductions. The published refund schedule examples include deductions as follows: if withdrawal occurs within up to two weeks of enrolment, one month's tuition is deducted; withdrawal between two weeks and one month leads to two months' tuition being deducted; withdrawal after one month results in a full term's fees being deducted. Registration/re‑registration deposits are generally non‑refundable except in exceptional, documented circumstances (for example, relocation) and refunds are calculated from the official withdrawal date. Book fees are refundable if withdrawal happens before the academic year starts. Transfer Certificates are not issued until all fees are cleared.

Fee payment options (general guidance)
- The school's publicly available policies and KHDA fee fact sheets specify instalments and deposit rules but do not list an explicit, comprehensive list of accepted payment instruments in the published policy documents reviewed. In Dubai, common payment methods used by private schools include bank transfer, online payment portals/credit or debit card payments, cash or cheque at the school accounts office, and bank instalment arrangements offered via local banks; methods vary by school and should be confirmed directly with the school's accounts office.

Other practical points (fees administration)
- Registration/re‑registration deposits are deductible from the first term and may be retained or non‑refundable under the conditions described above. The school may withhold academic records and transfer documents while fee arrears remain outstanding. The school's fee materials for 2026–2027 note that the school requested not to increase tuition fees for that academic year.
