- Bank transfer (school bank account): parents are requested to share deposit slips via the school WhatsApp number for confirmation; once payment is confirmed an official receipt is issued. Full bank details (account title, account number, IBAN, bank name and branch) are provided by the school for transfers.
- Online/card payments and flexible instalments: the school uses the Zenda payment platform; Zenda accepts card or bank transfer and offers a ‘Pay Later' instalment option. Parents are requested to use Zenda for fee payments where convenient.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not applicable; the school provides day education and offers school bus/transport services rather than boarding facilities.

Transport, uniforms, supplies and other recurring or optional charges

- School transport (monthly): ranges by route and area; typical monthly rates published for recent years include AED 425–525 for various Dubai/Sharjah areas. Specific route rates vary by pickup locality.

Refunds and non‑refundable fees

- Application / registration fee: AED 500 (this charge is listed as the application/registration fee).
- Enrolment fees (new student deposit): up to 10% of tuition — explicitly described as non‑refundable and deductible from the first term fees.
- Re‑enrollment/readmission fees: up to 5% of tuition or AED 500 (whichever is higher) — explicitly described as non‑refundable and deductible from the first term fees.
- Withdrawal / clearance: a one‑month notice is normally required; failure to provide it may result in a surcharge up to one month's fee (this affects clearance and final settlement).

Notes on how annual, monthly and per‑term figures relate

- Annual and monthly tuition amounts are published by year group; the monthly amount multiplied by the months during which fees are charged equals the published annual amount (the school does not charge tuition for July and August). Per‑term figures above are calculated using a three‑term academic structure (the school runs exams and reporting by term), and therefore per‑term amounts were derived by dividing the published annual fee by three. These per‑term figures are computed for convenience and billing may be issued monthly, termly or via instalment plans offered through the school's payment platform.

Important practical points for parents

- New admissions: expect to pay the registration/application fee (AED 500) plus the first three months of tuition at admission; enrolment deposits (up to 10% of tuition) may be charged and are non‑refundable as described.
- Payment channels: bank transfer (share deposit slip via WhatsApp for confirmation), card payments and online instalments via Zenda. Receipts are issued after confirmation of payment.
- Additional and optional charges (transport, trips, assessments, learning support) are charged separately; budget for uniforms, books and incidentals as indicated by the published cost ranges.
