Billing schedule and payment terms

- Invoices are issued monthly on the 15th of the month preceding the month of service (calendar covers September–June).
- The first payment for September is due in June (first payment due June 2026 for the 2026/2027 school year). Subsequent invoices are payable by the 1st of the month due.
- The school issues up to ten payments corresponding to the months of the academic period. (Monthly invoicing and the ten‑month calendar are shown in the financial regulation.)
- Fees are stated and fixed in euros; an official exchange rate (Ministry of Finance rate) is used for conversions if needed.

Examples of monthly installments (calculation based on the school's monthly billing schedule)

- If tuition is spread evenly across the ten monthly billing months shown in the schedule, indicative monthly amounts (calculated):
- Maternelle / Élémentaire: EUR 5,000 ÷ 10 = EUR 500 per month.
- Collège & Lycée: EUR 7,000 ÷ 10 = EUR 700 per month.
- These monthly figures are a straightforward division of the published annual fee by the ten billing months shown in the school's payment calendar and are provided as an illustrative breakdown consistent with the invoice timetable in the financial regulation.

Sibling discounts

- Discount applies only to tuition (écolage):
- 2nd child: 15% reduction on tuition.
- 3rd child: 30% reduction on tuition.
- 4th child and subsequent children: 50% reduction on tuition.

Late payment and penalties

- Late payments are recalculated using the exchange rate at the time funds are received.
- If payment is overdue by more than 15 days, a penalty of 0.1% per day may be applied to the outstanding sum.
- Overdue payments of more than one month can lead to temporary exclusion of the pupil until the debt is settled.

Refunds, absence and early withdrawal rules

- DPI (first‑time registration fees) are not refundable.
- Short absences do not entitle to any reduction of tuition.
- For medical absences of seven consecutive days or more (with prior administration notification and medical certificate), meal charges for those days are not billed.
- On early departure during the school year, the family must notify the school in writing; any month that has begun is due in full, and outstanding payments for the current month must be settled on the date of withdrawal.

Boarding / Internat

- No boarding or internat fees are listed; the school's financial regulation and contact information do not include an internat option or boarding tariffs. Boarding is therefore not applicable.

Other costs or potential fees

- The financial regulation sets the main recurring amounts above and specifies club and meal charges. It does not itemize uniform charges, textbook or exam fees in the published financial regulation document.
- Late pick‑up at after‑school care is billed: EUR 10 for each 15‑minute increment from 17:05.

Fee payment options (methods)

- The school's published financial regulation document and public contact pages list the billing schedule, amounts and contact details but do not specify the permitted payment channels (for example, bank transfer, card, direct debit) or bank account coordinates in the published regulation. For payment method details, use the school's contact channels.

Key practical notes for parents (concise)

- Annual tuition: Maternelle/Primary EUR 5,000; Secondary EUR 7,000.
