The Teepsuwan family allocated 80 acres for the campus and partnered with Rugby UK to establish the school, which opened in September 2017 for Pre‑Nursery through Year 6. Years 7–13 and boarding facilities were added in September 2018, beginning with Year 6 boarders. Nigel Westlake, former UK independent school head, served as the founding headmaster. Admissions
