Billing schedule and payment terms

- Modalidades de pago disponibles: mensual (10 mensualidades, septiembre–junio), trimestral (3 pagos: septiembre, enero y abril) o anual (un único pago). Las modalidades de pago están sujetas a los requisitos de domiciliación o transferencia establecidos por el centro.
- Pagos mensuales: cobro en 10 mensualidades entre septiembre y junio; los recibos se cargan antes del día 2 de cada mes según la tarifa publicada. Para domiciliación SEPA las condiciones administrativas se gestionan en el momento de la matrícula.
- Pagos trimestrales: 3 pagos (primero en septiembre, segundo en enero, tercero en abril).
- Pago anual: pago único antes de la fecha límite que figura en la tarifa (posible descuento por pronto pago). El pago anual suele aceptarse por transferencia bancaria o domiciliación bancaria.
- Forma de pago obligatoria para mensualidades y domiciliaciones: SEPA / domiciliación bancaria para recibos periódicos; la escuela requiere proporcionar datos bancarios en la matrícula. Transferencias bancarias se usan generalmente para pagos anuales o pagos extraordinarios. No figura aceptación general de tarjetas de crédito como método regular de pago en la documentación tarifaria y de condiciones; los pagos recurrentes se gestionan por domiciliación SEPA o transferencia según procedimiento escolar.

Boarding / Residence

Refunds and termination / notice

Late payment and collection

- Incumplimiento de pago: cargos por devolución de domiciliaciones y posibles intereses por demora (hasta el porcentaje máximo establecido en las condiciones) y gastos de recuperación, incluida la posibilidad de suspensión del servicio por falta de pago y eventual terminación contractual con obligaciones pendientes. La escuela se reserva la posibilidad de aplicar intereses y repercutir costes de gestión y legales en caso de impago.

03 Submit your application. Applications are accepted throughout the year, depending on space. After your visit, complete the application form and submit the required documents, such as previous school reports and any information regarding support needs or high abilities. Our admissions team will assist you with all the paperwork.

04 Assessment/Test Day. We'll invite your child for a personal interview and request their latest report card. For children with special educational needs or exceptional abilities, a report card is essential. If required, placement tests will be organised to ensure the best fit.

05 Acceptance. Once the assessment process is successfully completed, you'll receive a written offer, which includes a specific timeframe (5 to 10 days) for reserving a place for your child while you complete the enrolment process.
