Application fees
- New learners (KG1 through Grade 12) must pay SAR 2,000 prior to taking the entrance exam. This SAR 2,000 is split as: SAR 1,000 Diagnostic Test Fee (refundable only if the student is not admitted) and SAR 1,000 Down Payment (to be deducted from the tuition fees).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed in three instalments with due dates shown above (01/09/2025, 01/12/2025, 01/03/2026) and fees are to be paid prior to the start of each term, as outlined in the school calendar. A SAR 200 service charge applies to dishonored checks. A portion of the fees (the SAR 1,000 down payment from admission) is deducted from tuition when the student is registered. A refund of an instalment will only be granted if a parent withdraws a student within one week from the date the instalment was paid; withdrawal during the academic year does not entitle parents to a refund of fees.
Boarding fees

Other costs and charges
- Transportation (school bus), textbooks, stationery, art materials and copybooks are excluded from the tuition figures and are charged separately. Textbooks and practice books are supplied by the school at the start of the year and billed in addition to tuition.
- Bus fees: Two-way (round-trip) bus service is SAR 7,000 per year.
