One‑time / admission‑time charges (non‑refundable) and other recurring small charges
- One‑time charges collected at the time of admission (non‑refundable):
- Indians: Registration SAR 300; Admission SAR 500; Building fund SAR 200; Sports fee SAR 5. Totals with VAT (15%): SAR 345 + SAR 575 + SAR 230 + SAR 6 = SAR 1,156.

- Transfer Certificate (issue) fee: SAR 20 plus VAT 15% = SAR 23.
- Readmission fee (when applicable): SAR 500 plus VAT 15% = SAR 575 (applies when readmission is treated as such under the school's readmission rule).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard tuition billing is quarterly. Quarters are: Quarter 1 = April–June; Quarter 2 = July–September; Quarter 3 = October–December; Quarter 4 = January–March. Tuition amounts above are quoted per quarter and VAT 15% is applied to each quarter.
- A monthly payment option is available; when used, miscellaneous annual charges are added to the tuition for April. The school may accept payment for multiple months at a time rather than only one month. A small late‑fee penalty of SAR 1 per day applies after the monthly cut‑off date (cut‑off generally the 20th of the month; specific penalty start dates are published by month).
- Fee receipts are issued only after the school verifies credits into the school bank account. The school requires fees to be paid by deposit/transfer to its bank accounts; account details are published as the accepted payment destinations for fee credits.

Boarding / hostel fees
- Boarding or hostel accommodation and related boarding charges are not published as part of the school's fee schedule; no boarding fees are listed. Boarding is therefore not applicable as a published fee line.

Refunds and withdrawal policy
- Admission‑time charges listed as non‑refundable are not returned.
- If a pupil is withdrawn in the middle of a quarter, fees already paid for that quarter are not refunded. Transfer of a pupil and issuance of Transfer Certificate is permitted only after all school dues up to the end of the running quarter are cleared.

Fee payment options and accepted methods
- Payments are accepted by deposit or electronic transfer to the school's published bank accounts (Bank Al Bilad account and branch transfer details; Enjaz Bank and National Commercial Bank accounts are listed as acceptable credit destinations). Fee payment receipts are issued after verification of the credit to the school account. No published facility for card payments is shown in the school's fee documentation; the school's payment instructions specify bank deposit/transfer.

Other operational notes on fees
- The school publishes the fee schedule separately for Indian and Non‑Indian categories; VAT at 15% is applied to published fees. Parents must submit prescribed fee receipts to the office on the child's first day and follow the school's admission/readmission and transfer procedures that affect fee charges and refunds.
