Admissions

Applicants to Astra School must satisfy four steps. Step 1: Submission. Complete the application form and pay the application fee at submission. The submission initiates the admissions process and collects essential information about the applicant and the child. Applications can be submitted online or in person at the admission office. Step 2: Paperwork. We will request supporting documents for both the applicant and the child. For Saudi students, provide vaccination cards, birth certificate, four 4×6 photographs, copy of family ID, and copy of the student's passport. For non-Saudi students, provide four 4×6 photographs, copy of the student's passport, copy of student's iqama, copy of parent's iqama, copy of parent's passport, medical certificate, vaccination card, and birth certificate. The documents verify identity, residency, and health status. Step 3: Entry assessment. Once the papers are submitted, the school's administration will contact you to schedule your child's assessment. The assessment will include an English and/or Mathematics test to support the application. Step 4: Decision. After the application process is complete, the school will inform you of the decision to accept, decline, or place your child's name in the waiting pool.
