Parents remain responsible for timely payment even when a third party pays the invoices. Pupils whose fees are not settled will not be admitted on the first day of the new academic year.

- For pupils leaving during a term, a minimum charge of 50% of that term's fees applies provided the required two‑term notice period has been given. For pupils who start during a term, fees are prorated based on the number of days enrolled during the term.

Refund and withdrawal policy

- Fees are non‑refundable and non‑transferable unless the school receives two full terms' written notice of withdrawal. If notice is given after the first day of a term, the school may charge two extra term fees in lieu of proper notice. Any refund is subject to a 5% administrative fee.
