Phorms Campus Berlin Mitte provides a bilingual German-English curriculum from kindergarten through to the Abitur. The secondary school follows the Berlin state curriculum for levels I and II and prepares students for the Abitur and university studies. Around fifty percent of the subjects taught at the bilingual secondary school are taught in English; Spanish and French are offered as second foreign languages from grade 7. Beginning in grade 5, a bilingual science-focused pathway exists, and a Grundständiges Gymnasium class supports high-achieving students; two bilingual pathways start in grade 5 and 7 and lead to the bilingual Berlin Abitur. Admissions
1. Online registration: Complete the online registration form. This is non-binding, and we will contact you directly after reviewing your information to discuss the next steps. We may request additional documents, such as certificates or reports.

2. Admission process: Every child participates in an individual admissions process tailored to their grade level. After reviewing the last three school reports, the child is invited to an introductory meeting with the school management and, if necessary, an admissions test. The child then attends three trial days to experience everyday school life while we assess social and academic skills. For families applying from abroad, an alternative procedure is provided.

3. Our offer to you: If the child meets the admissions criteria and completes the process, an offer of a place is sent by email. Upon accepting the offer, the school contract is provided for digital signature. Signing the contract marks the start of enrollment.

4. Open admissions: We welcome new students in all grades throughout the school year, subject to space availability. The Admissions Team guides families through the process to ensure a smooth transition. Space availability determines entry timing.

5. Lateral entry: Lateral entry is generally possible as long as English language skills are at B2 or C1 level. The admissions process starts with a review of the child's school reports. If the criteria are met, the child is invited to take an entrance test. Not all applicants may be invited to the assessment. After a successful test, the child attends three trial days to experience the environment and allow us to assess suitability.

6. Registration and Costs: Registration is quick and easy—complete the online form in about five minutes. After receiving the necessary documents and confirming space availability, the admission process begins, tailored to the class level. The Administration Fee upon signing the contract equals 2.5 times the monthly school fee, reduced to one monthly fee for incomes under €50,000. Monthly school fees are set according to combined family income: 50,000€+ (777€), 80,000€+ (823€), 130,000€+ (1,038€) per month. There are reduced tuition fees for families with income under €50,000, and additional material and other costs apply.

7. Do you offer scholarships? Scholarships recognise outstanding academic and social achievements and support the continued development of talented children. Each scholarship is valid for one school year and can provide up to €150 per month. This opportunity is exclusively available to students at Phorms Berlin schools who have been enrolled for at least one year.
