Sonderfälle und Vorauszahlungen

- Bei Aufnahme in die 1. Klasse ist bei Vertragsabschluss eine Vorauszahlung in Höhe von drei Monatsgebühren zu leisten; dieser Betrag wird auf die Schulgebühr des ersten Schulhalbjahres angerechnet. Diese Vorauszahlung wird nicht zurückerstattet, wenn kein Schulbesuch erfolgt.

- Gastschülerinnen und Gastschüler: anteilige Schulgeldzahlung je nach Aufenthaltsdauer; bei einem Aufenthalt von mehr als drei Monaten ist Aufnahmegebühr zu entrichten. Ein Geschwisterrabatt wird für Gastschüler nicht gewährt.

Abmeldung, Rückerstattung und Kündigung

- Bei Verlassen der Schule während eines laufenden Schuljahres wird das Schulgeld für das angefangene Schulhalbjahr nicht zurückerstattet.

- Das erste Schulhalbjahr umfasst August bis einschließlich Januar; das zweite Schulhalbjahr umfasst Februar bis einschließlich Juli. Eine Befreiung von der Zahlungspflicht für das 2. Schulhalbjahr ist nur möglich, wenn die Abmeldung fristgerecht vorliegt. Die Aufnahmegebühr ist nicht rückerstattbar.

Zahlungsrhythmus, Fälligkeiten und Zahlungsbedingungen

- Zahlungsarten: Überweisung auf ein Konto des Schulvereins wahlweise in GEL (ProCredit Bank Georgien) oder in EUR (ProCredit Bank Deutschland). Eventuell anfallende Transaktionskosten trägt der Überweisende. Die genaue Bankverbindung (IBAN) ist in der Gebührenordnung angegeben.

- Fälligkeiten:
- Schulgebühr für das erste Schulhalbjahr: spätestens 1. August eines jeden Kalenderjahres.

Mahnwesen, Verzugszinsen und Folgen bei Zahlungsverzug

- Wird das Schulgeld nicht innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Fälligkeit bezahlt, kann die Schule Verzugszinsen in Höhe von 0,2 Prozent pro Verzugstag erheben.

- Mit der zweiten Mahnung werden Verwaltungsgebühren in Höhe von GEL 100 pro Mahnung erhoben.

- Bei Zahlungsverzug kann die Teilnahme des Kindes am Unterricht verweigert werden.

Anpassungen des Schulgeldes und Ermäßigungen

- Das Schulgeld kann zum nächsten Schulhalbjahr erhöht werden, wenn Ausgaben die budgetierten Mittel übersteigen oder die Einnahmen hinter den Erwartungen zurückbleiben.

Admissions

1. Kindergarten admissions: Applications for the kindergarten are possible at any time during the kindergarten year, subject to intake capacity. The process begins with a detailed information meeting with the school administration (general information about kindergarten and school, a tour of the campus, and fees), arranged in advance by phone or email. This is followed by an online admission inquiry, a parents' meeting with the head of the kindergarten, and a parent–child discussion with the head of the kindergarten. The process concludes with an online admission form, confirmation of admission, the setting of a starting date, and the signing of a kindergarten contract; priority is given to children from Germany and to siblings of current students.

2. School admissions: Admissions inquiries for the first grade must be submitted by the end of March. Applications for all subsequent grades depend on intake capacity and are possible up to the summer holidays. A start during the current school year is possible in justified individual cases, but requires consultation with the headteacher. The admissions process includes a detailed information meeting with the school administration (general information about kindergarten and school, campus tour, fees), an online admission inquiry, a detailed parents' interview with the principal, a student admission interview with the principal and, if applicable, a German language test, an online admission form, confirmation of admission, and the signing of a school enrollment contract.

3. Gastschüler (guest students): The Deutsche Internationale Schule Tbilissi is open to guest students, particularly from German-speaking countries or from German-speaking schools. For admission, a written guardians' application to the school leadership, a copy of a written exemption for the student from their current school for the attendance period, and, for students arriving in Georgia without parents, the full address of the host family are required.
