Application / Deposit fee
- A deposit of EUR 1,000 is required for all new students enrolling for the upcoming academic year. This deposit must be paid by 15 August preceding the academic year and is deducted from the initial invoice(s). Billing schedule, instalments and payment terms

Late payment penalties and recovery fees
- Late payments incur an annual interest rate of 10% (applied from the day following the payment due date until the outstanding balance is paid) plus a fixed recovery fee of EUR 40. These penalties follow the provisions of the French Commercial Code.

Withdrawal and tuition‑refund policies
- Families must give written notice of at least two months for withdrawals during the academic year. Tuition covering this two‑month notice period is non‑refundable. Any additional tuition or fees paid beyond that notice period will be refunded on a pro‑rata basis.
