Introduction

International Bilingual School of Provence (IBS of Provence) is an international bilingual school in Aix-en-Provence, France, serving ages 2 to 18. Admissions

Admissions
Submit an online application via the Online Admission Application. Documents required: Letter of Recommendation from a teacher or school administrator (for secondary students); marks from the present and previous schools; Letter of Motivation from the student (for secondary students); copy of the current passport; and a current photo of the student. The application is reviewed by the Admissions Committee with the Academic Director for the class; the outcome can be acceptance, decline, placement on a wait list, or a request for further reports, exams, or an interview. Due to small class sizes and high demand, places cannot be confirmed until current families re-enroll in February; new applicants receive final confirmation of a place in March or later depending on the application date. If accepted, sign a registration contract and pay the enrolment fee, entrance fee, and first month of tuition; enrollment is guaranteed only after the signed contract and first payment are received.
