In 1979, space constraints led to a relocation near Parc Monceau and a formal split; the school she continued with became the École Active Bilingue Jeannine Manuel (EABJM) at 70 Rue du Théâtre. In 1992 École Jeannine Manuel Lille opened a campus in Marcq-en-Barœul, with a boarding option for international students. In 2004 the Fondation Jeannine Manuel was established under the patronage of Fondation de France to support the school; in 2014 the school was renamed École Jeannine Manuel, and in 2015 London opened its first site.

Scholarships
Lille launches scholarships for students wishing to enter the 6th grade.
