Bayview Glen provides comprehensive post-secondary counselling with the Director of University Counselling, the Career and Academic Counsellor, the Learning Strategist and the Student Services Advisor who set goals, assist with timetable selections and Ontario diploma requirements, and support university/college applications. Group information sessions and individual advising are offered, and representatives from post-secondary institutions visit Bayview Glen to speak with students. Admissions

Admissions

Step 1: To apply, complete the online application. You will need digital copies of a current photograph of your child(ren), birth certificate, immunization records, and the previous two years of school reports and transcripts. You will also need credit card information to process the $100 non-refundable application fee. The application fee applies to Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12; it does not apply to Preschool (BG2 or BG3). Step 2: Preschool and Junior Kindergarten applicants and their families will be invited to an in-person visit to get to know one another and answer questions. Senior Kindergarten to Grade 5 applicants participate in a class visit followed by an entrance assessment. Prep School, Grades 6–8, applicants will participate in an interview and complete the entrance assessment. Upper School applicants, Grades 9–12, will participate in an interview and complete an essay. Step 3: Timeline: Admission meetings, interviews and assessments will be completed in the Fall and early Winter. Families will receive a follow up to their application by the end of February 2026. Now accepting applications for the 2027-2028 school year. Limited space in our Early Years programme starting in September 2026.

Scholarships

Scholarships are available to Bayview Glen students in Grades 6 through 12 who write scholarship exams in February; successful students are awarded $2,000 toward next year's school fees. Financial aid is provided as bursaries on a needs basis through Apple Financial Services; applications must be submitted by December 1, and bursaries are awarded for one school year with reapplication each year. The Parent Association Community Service Scholarship awards $2,500 to a Grade 12 graduate for outstanding volunteer service; the recipient is announced at the Grade 12 Graduation Ceremony; the application form is available for download and must be submitted by the stated deadline (e.g., April 30).
