Tuition — 2026/2027
- Annual tuition (domestic students, 2026–2027): USD 34,710. Tuition includes daily lunch.
Application and registration fees
- Application fee (new applicants): USD 70. This application fee is non‑refundable.
- Registration / enrollment deposit: USD 1,000 (this amount includes the school's iPad Educational Program fee). The school's registration/tuition deposit has historically been collected as a non‑refundable deposit comprised of a registration fee and a tuition deposit.
Additional fees and exam costs
- AP and IB exam fees: USD 105–125 per subject.
- Uniforms, extracurricular activity fees, optional field trips, certain course textbooks, personal/medical insurance and other incidental student costs are not covered by tuition and will be billed or required separately.
Tuition by grade/year group and per‑term detail
- Grades covered: 9–12 (single published domestic tuition applies to all high‑school year groups). Annual tuition is the same across grade levels.
- One‑time (single) payment: full annual tuition of USD 34,710. A one‑time payment made by the school's June 15 deadline qualifies for a USD 205 discount (net payable USD 34,505 if the discount condition is met). Payment timing and discount apply to the base tuition amount.
- Two installments: 50% due June 15 and 50% due November 15. Each installment would be 50% of USD 34,710 (USD 17,355 each).
- Ten monthly installments (June through March): equal monthly payments of USD 3,471 (USD 34,710 ÷ 10).
- Twelve monthly installments (June 15 through May 15): equal monthly payments of USD 2,892.50 (USD 34,710 ÷ 12).
Billing schedule and payment terms

- Ten monthly installments — beginning in June and ending in March (payments on the 15th or month end).

Good Counsel will withhold academic records for any student whose tuition is not paid in full.

- Fee to enroll in the 10‑pay plan: USD 55.

- Credit‑card transactions typically carry a service fee in the range of 2.95%–3.05% of the payment.
Boarding / residential fees
- Our Lady of Good Counsel High School operates as a day school. There are no boarding or on‑campus residential programs and therefore no boarding fees. (International students study on a day‑school basis and the school is SEVIS‑approved for F‑1 enrollment.)
Refund and withdrawal information
- Application fee: non‑refundable at submission. Registration/enrollment deposit has been collected as a non‑refundable deposit in the school's registration materials. Families should treat the registration/enrollment deposit as non‑refundable.
- Tuition assistance awards: if a student withdraws, tuition assistance awards are prorated based on the percentage of net tuition paid as of the withdrawal date; families may forfeit some or all of an awarded tuition assistance amount upon withdrawal and remain responsible for the outstanding tuition balance needed to release official student records.
- Enrollment Agreement and the school's billing terms govern refunds, cancellations, and obligations for the full academic year; the Enrollment Agreement indicates the contractual tuition and any assistance awarded and is the document that defines what portion (if any) of payments may be refunded or cancelled in the event of absence, withdrawal, or dismissal.
Fee payment methods and channels
- Online family portal (Veracross) is used for billing statements and online payments; FACTS (Nelnet) is used for collection and for evaluating tuition assistance applications. Payments may be made by electronic methods available through those platforms (e‑check/ACH and credit card where accepted); credit card payments generally carry the service fee noted above. Check and other standard payment methods are used where accepted by the Business Office. Plan enrollment fees apply as noted under billing.
Other common fees and incidental charges
- Summer camp deposits and program deposits: separate programs (camps, travel programs, retreats) may require non‑refundable deposits (example: a typical camp deposit of USD 100). Program charges and deposit policies for optional programs are billed separately from tuition.
- Optional program costs (travel, trips, special courses) frequently require deposits and have their own cancellation/refund rules; AP/IB exam fees are charged per subject as noted above.
