- Example deposit amounts (15% of tuition):

- Example 10-month installment amounts (remainder after 15% deposit, divided into 10 payments):
- Domestic Boarding: (USD 65,000 – USD 9,750) = USD 55,250 → USD 5,525 per month (10 payments).
- Domestic Day: (USD 46,000 – USD 6,900) = USD 39,100 → USD 3,910 per month (10 payments).
- International Boarding: (USD 73,000 – USD 10,950) = USD 62,050 → USD 6,205 per month (10 payments).

- 15% deposit due March 15.
- For one-payment families: remaining balance of tuition and all fees due by May 15.
- For 10-month plan families: COE and other fees due by May 15; tuition balance paid in 10 monthly installments from May 15 through February 15.

Refund information and the Tuition Protection Plan (TPP)
- Families without the Tuition Protection Plan are not eligible for refunds or forgiveness of unpaid tuition obligations under the enrollment contract.
- The Tuition Protection Plan covers tuition only (it does not cover COE fees, ESL fees, incidental charges, or other non-tuition fees).
- Under the TPP, 60% of the unused tuition amount is protected and may be reimbursed if the qualifying conditions are met; the refund calculation is based on the proportion of remaining school weeks (breaks excluded) at the time of withdrawal.
- Coverage is provided only if the TPP premium is paid prior to the student attending the first day of class and the student has been in classes for 21 days.
- The TPP covers withdrawals for injury or illness, mental health conditions, voluntary withdrawal (not due to Student Handbook violations), and certain family deaths; the TPP does not cover withdrawal due to dismissal for Student Handbook violations.
- The Business Office calculates any refund or additional payment required under the enrollment contract and reviews the calculation with the parent/guardian.
Fee payment options
- Accepted payment channels via the tuition-management partner include:
- Online payments through the secure parent portal.
- Mail or phone payments processed by the tuition-management service.
- Automatic recurring payments set up with a credit card, checking account (ACH), or savings account.
- Note that payment by credit card may incur convenience or processing fees imposed by the payment processor or camp registration systems for certain program payments. A standard late fee for missed/skipped payments is USD 40.
