- Prepayment discount: If tuition is paid in full for the year on August 1, a USD 300 reduction is allowed.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- All tuition payments are administered and processed through the FACTS tuition management system and families are automatically placed on the five‑payment plan unless they request a different plan. FACTS enrollment and plan setup are required; the first payment (seat deposit) is due July 1.
- Payments must be current for a student to participate in trips, events, senior activities, and for transcripts to be released.
Refund information
- The seat deposit due July 1 is non‑refundable. The annual total and the deposit are shown as non‑refundable in the school's billing schedule. Other specific refund schedules for tuition after the start of the year are not listed in the tuition summary; families should note that the deposit is explicitly non‑refundable.
Boarding
- Boarding is not applicable. St. Edmund Preparatory is a day high school with public‑transportation and private transportation options noted.
Fee payment options and processing details
- All payments are processed through FACTS. FACTS commonly accepts automatic bank draft (ACH) and credit/debit card payments (card payments may incur a processing fee where the school permits card payment). Specific payment methods available to each family (ACH, card, etc.) and any card convenience fee will be displayed during FACTS enrollment. If a family needs to make a cash payment, the school's tuition office should be contacted.
Practical notes for budgeting
- Use the total annual figure USD 15,645 as the base budget line for one student in grades 9–12, then add anticipated uniform purchases, athletic fees (if applicable), graduation fees for seniors, and plan for the non‑refundable seat deposit due July 1. Prepayment and sibling discounts may reduce the net balance.
